repeated song conversion

A good day to everyone.
I'm having a problem converting my flac files.
I recently purchased and downloaded a few RatDog shows .
The shows are usually 3 cds long.
I tried to convert the shows to wave in order to burn them onto a cd to play in my cd player.
The problem I have is when the band starts a song jams into another song and then goes back to the original song
ex. just like mama said
milestones
just like mama said

Either the first or the second "just like mama said" is converted the other one is just ignored
So instead of having 21 songs I only have 20
Is there a way to fix this

They must have the same filename, which naming string are you using for conversion? are the discs being converted to separate folders?

First off am I using the right program or should I be using the music converter.
I am unfamiliar with how to use the music converter, is their any instructions I could follow.
I am not keeping these new wave files , I am only using them to burn a disc and then I delete the wave files
Secondly I am trying to learn how to use the naming strings and where to find them.

Music Converter is the right program. Convert each disc on its own, if you see a message asking to overwrite a file then you know this is the issue.

Ok I'm still stuck
I renamed the first song 03 1 Just Like Mama Said
and the next time 05 Into Just Like Mama Said
3rd and 5th song on cd respectively
And its still omitting the first Just Like Mama Said when I convert

What am I doing wrong

What output filename have you set? on the conversion page?

[artist]\[artist] - [title] wave
and dynamic is checked

This is why, you can keep the original filename with:

[origfilename]

or you could put track number in there:

[artist]\[artist] - [track] - [title]

Worked like a charm
I knew it had to be something easy

I did [origfilename] wave
It kept original flac file and added a wave file just like I wanted
