converting flac file structure to MP3 while retaining original flac library

Hello....How do I convert 330GB of FLAC files to MP3 VR and retain the original FLAC library,
or to put it differently, how can I make an MP3 copy of my FLAC library and file structure.

Use Dynamic Naming option and:

[origpath]\[origfilename]
