Batch Converter Removes Parts of Tracks

I am fairly new to this program. I have not had any issue until recently. I went to convert 320 mp3 files to 252 mp3 files. Most seem to work except for some shorter interludes. There is one that is 5 seconds long with two lines in it. Once it's converted the file becomes 2 seconds long, with only half of the last line playing... Can this be fixed?

Possibly our decoder is finding an error in the file, if you enable the information log it should say if it had a decoding error.

Thanks. Could you explain how to enable the log, and I can give it a try?

Edit: I got it fixed. I re-downloaded the files from another source, and it worked just fine.
