redbook cd from aif + tags

Hi, when I add tags to the aif files I create and then convert to 16/44 wav the bitrates are more than 1411 (ie 1416-1418). Does this mean I should not use taged WAV's for Redbook cd creation? I am using cdburner xp for burning. I have not tried your burner.

CDs always have a bitrate of 1411, it is impossible to have more, the burning software is taking the wave file + tag and working bitrate on that combined, so is not the true bitrate.
