remove embedded Cover

Hello
how can i remove the embedded Cover from my flac files?
Files IN and OUT are te Same place incl. subdirectories.

I am not happy the default setting from perfect tunes album art is with embedded Cover!
After 2Days of perfect tune work i have cloased the App. After restart is the database lost!!

The settings (spanner) icon in Album Art configures how perfecttunes will add art. Your choices for removing the embedded art:

Undo the art fixes
or install dBpoweramp, visit codec central, install the ID Tag Update utility codec, convert all the files (test on one first) to ID Tag Update with the option set to remove Album Art (folder.jpg will be left).
