Oppo BDP-83 bad sound

Hello, my Oppo BDP-83 has the latest firmware, LPCM 24bit is not selected and l’m sending files to the Oppo as FLAC to PCM from my PC(Windows 10 64bits with all the updates).

It lacks tweeter, sounds bad, but mp3 files sounds good.

Any help?.
