All fixed! For some reason, all network sharing turned off in the installation process. It's back on, so we're good to go. Thanks for following up earlier!

Well, I tried this, and logged into my router admin to ensure everything was enabled, and still no luck across all devices... LG TV, Playstation, mconnect.

Any other thoughts?

Try power down everything, then power back up. Also your mconnect

Hello all!

Reaching out here for some advice...

We just installed a new modem/router from Xfinity, and we can no longer see Asset on either our TV, or mconnect mcontrol. Prior to this switch, it worked flawlessly. Rock solid, zero issues.

Any advice on what could have changed with a new router, and any ideas on setting to switch?
