I use Asset UPnP version 7. In my library, I added in the Browse Tree the container "Style". In some tracks I specified some style keywords. Unfortunately, when I list the content of the ID Tad "Style", it is always empty even if I refreshed the library in the "Asset UPnP Configuration" window. What could I do?

Try rebooting all devices then, in Asset Config select Refresh All.Comment

Re: Missing ID Tag "Style"
Style is no longer indexed, you would have to add to 'MediaDatabaseFieldsv7a.txt', which platform is Asset running on?Comment

Re: Missing ID Tag "Style"
See:
These are instructions for the Windows version. For Linux/Mac/QNAP, see below. Asset has the ability to display custom ID Tags (non-standard), with a little configuring. For example your FLAC library contains a unique tag of 'MOOD', you can add this to asset by: Start >> Run >> Regedit: Browse to:Comment

Re: Missing ID Tag "Style"
As you suggested, I edited the ascii file 'MediaDatabaseFieldsv7a.txt', added my custom tag "Style" at the end of the file and saved that file. After that, I restarted Asset and refreshed my library. Unfortunately, my problem is still there...
I verified the characteristics of one track file (.flac file) which belongs to my library. With Explorer of Windows I can see that the tag "style" is defined and found the content of the field was good.
So, have you an other suggestion? Comment

The last item (jvtag) is a test I did to see if the tag appears in the library and the answer is yes. Could you tell me if the names of the tags are case sensitive?
