Asset up payment drops when screen saver comes on

I have my music library stored on my Mac mini and use asset upnp I have linn music on my iPad
I can access music and play on my hi fi howwever when the screen saver comes on the iPad says cannot access media server anybody have ideas how to fix this without setting screen saver to never

The screen saver is doing more than making the screen dark, it is putting the computer to a low power mode and this is why asset stops working.
