many songs not showing and others showing up twice

Hi, I'm using the paid program on Windows 10 and I have many songs that don't show up on an album at all and many that show up twice. Is it possible to correct these problems please?

It is likely the first problem is related to your ID tags, if you have different artists set per album, you would need the compilation tag set to 1, or the album artist tag set to the same value for the whole album.

The 2nd problem, you likely have 2 sets of files, install PerfectTUNES and run de-dup to find these duplicates.
