Asset UPnP : Install paid version on WHS 2011 after the trial

Dear all,
I'm on win 10 and have a nas controlled by WHS 2011. It was OK for the trial version (asset UPnP. So I paid the complete version, but I am unable to uninstall the trial version through the remote WHS ('delete ad in') : "impossible to delete. An ad in is currently uninstalling. Wait untill the end of the process and try again". It's been 24h that I'm waiting and restart windows several times...
I can't find the path to get the file to be uninstalled.
May you help?

Remote desktop connect to whs and uninstall through the control panel.

Thank you for your reply but it does not work, error message is 'this action is impossible'.

Install the registered version, it will force overwrite the existing during install.

Finally, It was possible to uninstall the trial version. However it is now impossible to install the paid version. Error message is "Impossible to install the add-in. Impossible to contact a service. Check that your PC can communicate with the service, then try again." Indeed, on the WHS 2011 dashboard I can see that my PC is out of connection, although the NAS is online.
I tried to modify the firewall by allowing WHS but it has no effect.
I tried with another recent PC and installed WHS 2011, but again the regular asset paid version is impossible to add.
May you help me again?

Until you can connect to the dashboard you will not be able to do anything with WHS. Try accessing instead through remote desktop connection.

I tried several times to install the asset without opening the WHS dashboard. The error message listed above always appear.

The error message is in french, ie translated into english:
Add in installation impossible. Impossible to contact a service. Check that your computer can communicate with the service, then try again.

Are you able to install any other add-ons to your WHS machine?

WHS is only used to drive my NAS and it worked without adding any Add on, so it was the first time I installed and add on with this asset.
And it worked fine with the trial version. Please give me an example of another add-on to try ?

I do not know sorry, your WHS is not accepting any installs.
