Asset Config jumps straight to Advanced Setting, Can't Rescan

This is version 7 running on Windows 10.

Now when I run AssetConfig.exe, it jumps straight into Advanced Settings with no way to return to the first page and force a rescan.

How do I get to the rescan page now?

You have to run it from the icon the program creates.

I ran the install 3 times and it never successfully create a desktop icon.
Can you tell me the switch and I will make the shortcut myself?

The icon will be in the start menu.

However the command you pass is:

--normalwin
