Filtering or cleaning up TuneIn folder

At least in our favourite control point (Linn Kazoo), it is not possible to make local favourites of TuneIn stations, and the TuneIn favourites are annoyingly far down the list in the folder structure. Is it possible to filter the TuneIn directory, so that favourites are on top of the list?

Preferably I would just as much get rid of the remaining stations and due TuneIn's homepage to manage it :-).
