how to exclude files with extension ".sync"

Hi. Is there a way to exclude files with extension ".sync" from being scanned and included in the library?

I use ResilioSync which leaves a .sync file in every folder-- and I think AssetuPNP seems to "read into" the file and see old music files that aren't there anymore.

Asset would not read a .sync file. Try a refresh All to clear the database and scan again new.
