    Browsing All Artists

I'm having problems getting Asset to show a list of my artists. When I select "Artist" from the top level menu I get these choices:

    01 [All Artists]
    02 [A..]
    03 [B..]
    04 [C..]
    05 [D..]
    etc..

Selecting any of the options, my app (Naim on iOS) says "28 tracks added", and it tries to play immediately. Nothing plays - but then I wouldn't expect it to, I would expect it to show a list of all artists that start with whichever letter I select. So as it stands I cannot browse by artist.

I run Asset UPnP on a Mac, version 6.1.

Have you edited the default Browse Tree in Asset UPnP Configuration >> Advanced Settings?

        What is the player?

You should try removing the 'a to z' option for Artists.

The player is a Naim NAC-N 272, similar to the Uniti range. I'm using the Naim iOS app.

            The plot thickens . . .

I just discovered that the Naim iOS app for iPhone works as expected: click on Artists then I see *, A, B, C, etc; click on a letter and you get the artists whose name starts with that letter.

However, on my iPad, it doesn't work. Is this a problem with the Naim app?

Resolved... by reinstalling the Naim app.
