Archive of old versions of Asset UPnP?

Just had to do a complete reinstall of MacOS, I don't want to reinstall the latest High Sierra version, so I need to find a download of Asset UPnP which will run on MacOs 10.8.5 is there an archive of old versions or somewhere else I could get a version that will work with my MacOs

The frontend now requires 10.9, but the service binary contained within the app bundle is compatible with as old as 10.6.

If you extract Asset service binary from the bundle, you can run it from the terminal and get a functional equivalent of Asset for Linux, with web interface instead of the Mac UI. You will just have to run it from the terminal instead.
