A-Z index is not showing on screen when scrolling

I have recently installed Asset to my QNAP which is working very well with Linn DS, controlled by Kazoo from my iPhone and MacBook - it is all pretty intuitive for beginners such as me.

The A-Z index which showed on the RHS of my screens when I was viewing eg Artist/All Artists and then scrolling seems to have disappeared overnight. It remains present when scrolling alphabetically eg Artist/A, Artist/B etc

I have checked the Configuration facility and the default settings appear to be in place.

Your advice please.

It is Kazoo which puts a mini A to Z on the right, Asset would have large folders labeled A to Z to select.
