Restart Asset needed after playing sometime

I am using Asset 6.1 on a Windows 10 1709 PC together with BubbleUPNP as controller and Auralic as player. I get an issue that suddenly music does not start playing anymore. I can browse the collection and add music to the playlist but Aurlic never starts playing the music.

After I restart Asset it working again. But after sometime 30 (minutes or so) it happens again and I need to restart Asset.

I tried removing and re-installing asset but no change. What I did notice after re-installing Asset it automatically found the right collection again. When you go to control panel and remove asset it does not remove everything?

In Asset UPnP Configuration >> Edit Advanced Settings >> General Settings >> Enable Output Debug Log

when the music stops playing again, post the Output Debug Log here, for Spoon to have a look at.

No, it does not remove your Asset configuration files. This is by design.

Your log file does not show any file actually playing, please enable logging, and play a file so that is stops. Then retrieve the log file and post as an attachment please.

Is the Windows 10 version 1709 PC running Asset, sleeping/hibernating after 30 minutes?

... and you are sure your network adapter isn't also turned of at this point, to save power?

I used this setup for the last 1.5 year and it always worked. I disabled screen off and it seems to work reliable now. Weird but thanks for the advice!

Go to Control Panel >> Power Options >> Change Plan Settings >> advanced power settings. Have a look at the options available.

And/or, try going to Control Panel >> Device Manager >> Network adapters >> Select your Network adapter >> Properties >> Power Management tab. Un-tick the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power option.
