.dsf file showing DSD-88.2khz

I'm playing .dsf files that properly show DSD is playing on the display but is the 88.2 khz correct? That sounds like a high res flac sample rate. It is a mono file but I thought DSD should be higher. Am I missing a setting?

You can read up on DSD i.e. PDM vs PCM etc. but I think 88.2kHz is correct when using Asset.
