Adding a container that has an ampersand in its name

I am using v6.1 of Asset UPnP and I am trying to create a new container that descends the Dynamic Browsing tree to select the genre Chillout with a rating of *** & above. The ampersand is also used as a separator when descending a tree, see the example in the help

1980s Pop**Dynamic Browsing&+&Genre&+&Pop&+&Year&+& 1980s

However, rating has an ampersand in some of the selections, e.g. “*** & Above”. Is it possible to enter selections that contain ampersands? If so how.

I think it looks for &+& so you should be ok with just &
