Tunein radio list empty

I am using 6.1 on Windows 10. When I open Tunein I get nothing listed (BubbleUpnp on Android). It is just empty. How can I enable radio again?

Server running is connected to internet and I checked Windows firewall that Asset can bypass the firewall.

And now its back???? Not sure what changed but it is working again

I have Asset UPnP set to both Private and Public on windows firewall but still cannot see and actual stations to play on any app. When I see "server is connected to internet", how does one confirm that?
