Asset UPnP for QNAP

Hi,
I am attempting to download the trial version of Asset for my QNAP through my MacBook. However when I do so I get a message from Safari saying it cannot open Asset because there is no application to do so. Help please?

You would not try to open it, save it to your hdd.
