Raspberry Pi - Force 'as MP3'

The option to change Audio format streaming to force any/all file type 'as MP3' is missing

Can confirm that LAME exists on the RPi (libmp3lame0-3.99.5+repack1-9)... have edited AssetUPnPForceToMP3.txt with .FLAC, for example, and I get an error on the remote client (http://converted.mp3 not found, basically)

Is this functionality available through the RPI/debian release?

It is missing on purpose as the pi is not fast enough to convert to mp3 in realtime.
