Radio not working, DSF/DFF not showing up at all

    Hi,
I am using Asset UPnP Premium 5.1.1 with my macbook pro running macOS Sierra 10.12.5.

When browsing through the media library I can see all flac files and stream them ok works great.
However, when I try to use Radio streams I get the error "Network not available at the moment" regardless of which station I try and I tried a lot!
Also, folders containing DSF or DFF files show up as empty. I tried to decode them to LPCM option but still they do not show up. I also tried to remove and rescan the library but still the same.

During my trial with Asset UPnP I though this is because the trial version is limited and does not have theses feature however, now I am a registered user and already installed the full Asset UPnP package but still the issue is the same.

    Can you help me please?
    Thanks

Which player and control point are you using?

I used multiple player, but mostly VLC on both mac and iPhone, and FiiO music on the FiiO X5III DAP.
Now I just want to clarify, regarding DSF/DFF playback I figured out what was wrong, I need to use WAVE instead of LPCM decoding and now works fine everywhere.
However for the radio function still it's the same issue with VLC appearing to playing the radio stream but no audio output and on the FiiO the message "Network Unavailable" is given for any radio channel I try to play.

Do you have any firewall on the system? Asset needs to access the internet.

          No, I am pretty sure I don't.
Can you recommend a player known to work with the radio feature so I can test?

Also, I found something while checking the Console app. A message that says

"Symptomsd a wifi flow named com.dbpoweramp.Asset-UPnP is ignored (directly reachable target)"

I am not sure what it means, but I think it is happening whenever I try to access the radio.

I just tested Internet Radio playback using Asset for Mac, version R5.1.2, with foobar2000 mobile (iPhone), VLC (iPhone, mac) and Kodi (mac) clients.

foobar2000 mobile works 100% as expected, radio plays without issues.
VLC for iPhone randomly fails to browse Asset and I could not get radio to play.
Kodi is slow to start playback (UI frozen for several second) but eventually plays.

Perhaps try playing with foobar2000 mobile and report what it says? (It's also made by us)

Also, report which exact radio stations you've been trying to play so I can try the exact same thing.
