I have very little idea what goes on under the bonnet of a computer, but I was getting fed up with always having to run my computer so I could use Asset. I had seen in a number of threads that people were using a Raspberry pi as the control point and that was easy to do, so I bought one and using the instruction on illustrate tried to install but with no luck, I was becoming very baffled. I then read "Configuring Asset UPnP on a Raspberry Pi as a dedicated music server with a NAS" by @simes_pep which is what I was wanting to achieve and gave up!
Installing asset on windows is so easy, by putting Windows 10 loT on a Raspberry does it make the install like installing on a normal window machine?
