Unable to upgrade Windows 7 Premium Asset to R5.2

I have downloaded the assetupnp-windows-reg.exe, but Norton removes it due to WS.Reputation.1 threat. Is this a problem, and if not how do I stop Norton deleting it?

Thanks. Reported it to Norton. And also figured out how to restore it, so all fine.

And one hour later I get this from Norton:
