Hi,
I updated my friends Qnap 251 to premium R5 yesterday. Everything went smoothly or so I thought, until I tried to run asset, he has a Linn streamer using kazoo as a control point, the music is in the multimedia folder, however asset wouldn't start, it shows as open in th app centre but when I click on restart or rescan it won't start counting the albums, I didn't change any permissions on the Qnap , I just updated to R5, it was working perfectly for the last 9 months and the reason I updated him was the version of asset purchased last December had a bug whereby the greatest hits albums were all in one container.
I have asset R4.6.3 running on my own Qnap 251 and I have no such problems, what could be wrong please.
