PC Sound Capture Streaming

I've just started looking into using PC sound capture streaming. My attempts so far seem to always result in an mp3 stream, max 320kbs, regardless of file type being played on the PC. Is this as expected or is there some way to stream in a lossless mode?

On the advanced configuration page you set the file type .WASAPI to Wave
