Getting the real path from current playing tracks

Dear all

I am using the Asset UPnP Server. Now I have the following plans:
While I am listening to any random songs I would like to be able to add the current playing song to a predefined playlist. The scenario to get this event is already solved.

When playing a song, I can read from my UPnP Client the location of the current song. For example this looks like: http://<IP Asset Server>:26125/content/c2/b24/f48000/d6884-co6478D27C85B85565.flac

So my questions are:
1) How is it possible to get out of this Path the real Path so that I can put it to a playlist.
2) Are these pathes as mentioned above changing after reindexing the music collection.

The real path is never exposed by asset, it serves only over HTTP so that is the only path available.

The URL stays constant, even after reindexing.
