A bug or a config error? Just noise with 24/96 files

    Hi

I'm experimenting with Asset to see if I can replace my local based playback system and stream everything instead. My local player (which serves as a media renderer for testing purposes) runs Daphile Linux which is a variant of Logitech Media Server

I have a bunch of 24/96 AIF files which I can't stream but I can play locally. When streamed all I get is noise. When played locally through the same hardware and DAC they play fine. 16/44.1 and 24/96 FLAC seem to be fine, just the AIFs

I conclude it's not the DAC/renderer that's the issue, it's the streaming and I have tried assorted config changes in Asset but to no avail

Is this a known issue? A limitation of the free version? A bug? Or am I just doing something dim??

All and any help gratefully recieved

Try enabling the debug log (in the configuration) and see what the aiff file is being served as.
