    Asset Not Finding Music

The instance of Asset UPnP on the PC dedicated to my entertainment system stopped working following a memory upgrade to the PC, so I uninstalled it, and downloaded and installed Ver 5.1 (not sure what version I had previously, 4.3 maybe?). The PC runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. Following installation of Ver 5.1, Asset does not find any tracks. The status remains at "Library Contains 0 Tracks, 0 Albums."

I installed the same version of Asset UPnP on my laptop which is running Win 7 Professional 64-bit. The results are exactly the same...0 tracks, 0 albums.

The Running Mode in both cases is Local Account as was the case with my previous installation.

What's going on here? Am I doing something stupid?

Where is your music stored? in the users music folder?

      Thanks, Spoon!

I was doing something dumb, as it turns out. The audio library file location information had remained intact from my earlier installation, so I didn't give it much consideration since it had worked before. However, what I just realized (thanks to your questions) is that as a result of the reconfiguration of my computer, the external hard drive on which my music is stored had changed from the F:\ drive to the E:\ drive. Now that I've made that correction, Asset has started finding tracks.

      Thanks,
      Chris
