Hi there,
Recently I purchased a Naim Uniticute 2 which did not play my music properly. A member of their tech team resolved this by installing the 30 day trial version
Asset app, advising that I would have to purchase a new version after this time which I have done. Seeking installation instructions they now tell me that the trial version is for the full service after which the program reverts to the standard service which is all that I need so I don’t have to do anything regarding the Asset. I am only using it to play my digital collection as far as I am aware so if this is correct can I get a refund please.
