Upgrade to Asset Premium

I purchased the Asset Premium package and followed the same steps to instal it as I did for the trial package but in the Asset Status it still shows as the trial package. Where did I go wrong?

Uninstall first then install registered version

Open Finder >> Applications and drag Asset to the Trash can

Asset is not installed on my Mac. It is installed on my Synology NAS Apologies I misunderstood your question.

Redownload the registered version and try to install again on the synology, we have made changes to the installer, even though the version number is the same.
