    Browse Tree edit sortable by AA, AB,AC...ZX, ZY, ZZ not just A, B...Z?

    Is there a way to edit the Browse Tree to display titles (or other tags) sorted by AA, AB,AC...ZX, ZY, ZZ not just A, B...Z

    The topic title says it all. For my enormous collection, sorting titles, artists, etc just divided into A, B etc ends up with still very long lists to scroll through. Is there a way to edit the Browse Tree so that, for instance I can select "Aa", "Ab", all the way to "Zz" (26 squared divisions)? Also how to display ones starting with non-alphabetic characters (numbers, symbols or foreign language characters)?

      I think the OP is asking for more refined detail, not less. Rather than AB, CD, EF etc. (14 different choices including the non-alpha characters) they are asking for AA, AB, AC (about 676 or so choices). Not ideal in my opinion.

          If for some reason UPnP search isn't working for you, then you could create your own custom group index using preformat:
          Code:
          preformat:=title_grpidx:=[UPPER][GRAB]1,2,[title][][]
          Which you'd then add to your browse tree hierarchy.
