Now that I've got the server up and running correctly, everything indexed etc. I have an annoying (but not critical) issue, which is that the Windows File explorer will not correctly render the .png images provided in ~/bin/AssetUPnP/AssetImages/
These "icon" images display correctly on the host machine, but Windows insists on what looks like "inverting" these images by not respecting the transparency - thus they all appear black (will try to share an image later).
From reading around this could possibly be due to a recent Microsoft change? Something about marking things as "MotW"? Or not. Anyway, have been playing around with a bunch of settings in GPE and File Explorer hoping to solve this.
I did actually add the host machine to a "trusted zone" for my local intranet, but this hasn't helped? I note though that while Windows insisted on "https://" addressing, the server presents itself to my Windows box with "http://".
Am I looking in the wrong place? Does anyone know if there's a fix available? I can live with it, but it seems a shame to have ugly black squares in place of the rather nice default images.
