Two instances of Asset on different Linux PC’s

I have run a single instance of Asset UPnP on a Linux box with no issues for many years. Just recently I have installed Asset UPnP on another Linux box on the same network. This is where the problem is, I can only see one at a time. If I shut down the one I can see then I can see the one I could not see.
Is it possible to have two instances of Asset on different machines on the same network?
If I create a new instance from within Asset I can see that.
I want two instances running as they serve different libraries on the Linux PC’s

Did you by any chance copy Asset profile data between the two? That might have caused multiple Asset instances to use same unique ID, confusing software searching for UPnP servers.

If that's the case, removing "XRegistry" file should cause next Asset run to create a new unique ID.

Thanks for the insight, I have magaed to solve my problem.

I tried deleting Xregistry but that did not work but put me on the right track. The Asset instances run in a LXC container on proxmox in each PC. I had copied the LXC container from one machine to the other, this was the issue To solve my issue I just run up a new LXC container and then installed Asset, I can now see both instances.

Thanks again PeterP for your help
