Cant set PC Sound Capture [WASAPI]

I've found the folder "PC Sound Capture [WASAPI]", but I don't know how to make it work.
Should I use anything like VB Cbale?
Could anyone give me an idea?

You would browse into that folder from the control point, it should start playing when select the dummy track.

• Ensure correct output device is selected in Windows
• App must be running with admin rights
• Exclusive mode might be required—check sound settings
• Some devices don’t support loopback via WASAPI
