I used to run a trial version of Asset for several years on an old IMac using an ipad with Naim&Focal app.
I bought a new iMac in April 2025 and also bought the recent (April) release of ASSET uPnP. I can provide details of software if necessary. Problem is I am unsure if the purchased version is Mac compatible. The Asset icon does not show the number of tracks. When opened, the Asset window is blank ( should show config data). The ipad app does not recognise the uPnP server. If I shut down new Mac and open old Mac, all works fine. The same music files are playable directly on both computers. Any suggestions as to how I might proceed please?

The Mac is running Sequoia 15.4
It is a 2024 M4 Mac

Asset uPnP has been reinstalled several times. The config folder in \Library\dBpoweramp has been removed and the app recreates it each time its run.

The main issue as advised is that no config happens when it's launched. The asset PnP window opens, but it is completely blank. No icon appears in the top right status bar either.

Further information with tinkering - Icon now in top-right notification window, and can confirm that tracks have been scanned into database. Also can confirm that program states "Functionality: Premium Registered".

Last update for the day - Mac was updated to 15.5. No change in app.
Naim Uniti2 player updated to latest firmware (4.9.4), no change in app.

As well as the configuration not showing up, the uPnP server doesn't appear to be running at all, it won't appear on the Naim app.
