Jukebox Album display vs. Jukebox Tracks

    Hi,

This is just another question in my longstanding attempt to get a "Random/Shuffle/Jukebox Album" behavior when playing my music. Currently I'm using Wiim devices in six zones in my house, and using the Wiim "Home Music Share" DLNA browser that is built in to the Wiim Home App on iOS.

Objective: To be able to choose a random list of albums in a specific Genre and be presented with a "Play" option to initiate playback on that list of albums. For my purposes, an "Album" is equivalent to a classical "Work", like Beethoven Symphony #5, and the "Tracks" in that Album/Work are the movements in the piece. I want to play a random list of albums/works but play all the tracks within that album/work in order.

This is what actually happens now:

If I choose Genre "Classical" --> Style "Tone Poem" and then "Jukebox Album Selection" I am presented with a list of albums that look like this:

Note the HUGE difference. The listing of Albums has no option to "Play", which the list of tracks has a big "Play" arrow present.

But, the problem is that I want to be able to play all the tracks (in order) within an album, then move to the next album and play the tracks in that one.

I do not profess to understand DLNA, but from a very high level, it appears that in the case of "Jukebox Track Selection", Asset returns to the Wiim DLNA browser something that is interpreted as a ready-to-play list of tracks. However, with "Jukebox Album Selection", Asset returns a listing of albums, but not in a form that would allow tracks to start playing.

What I would like to see is an option that asks "Jukebox Album Selection" to return a ready-to-play list of tracks, where those tracks are the correct tracks, in order, for each of the albums that appear in the Jukebox Album listing.

    So, something like this:

Choosing Genre "Classical" --> Style "Tone Poem" and then "Jukebox Album Selection" presents a list of tracks that look like this:

    >Beethoven Symphony # 5/Movement 1
    >Beethoven Symphony # 5/Movement 2
    >Beethoven Symphony # 5/Movement 3
    >Beethoven Symphony # 5/Movement 4
    >Stravinsky Rite of Spring/Part 1
    >Stravinsky Rite of Spring/Part 2
    >Copland Symphony # 3/Movement 1
    >Copland Symphony # 3/Movement 2
    >Copland Symphony # 3/Movement 3
    >Copland Symphony # 3/Movement 4

...which the Wiim DLNA browser would provide a big "Play" button for

    Rather than:

    >Beethoven Symphony # 5
    >Stravinsky Rite of Spring
    >Copland Symphony # 3

...which the Wiim DLNA browser just displays as a list of albums.

Any chance of an enhancement to accomplish this?

    Thanks,
    Bob
