Jukebox Track Selection issues

Hi,

I have Asset and Synology NAS set up, and the Jukebox always chooses certain artists.
is there a way I can
a. Get it more random, as I have 47,000 tracks to choose from?
and
b. Randomize all those tracks instead of 500?

Randomisation is based on all tracks but weighted if some have a rating which is higher.
