Searching Asset via Hi-Fi cast is suddenly producing very strange results!

I've been using Asset UPnP (running latest version) on my Synology NAS (also latest version) via Hi-Fi Cast on my Android phone for ages, but all of a sudden "search results" are often (but not always) incomplete and wrongly categorised.

Hi-Fi cast has a universal search, so if I enter the word "Krypton" it will tell me, on a single screen:
    • Albums with the word "Krypton" in the title
    • Artists with the word "Krypton" in the title
    • Songs with the word "Krypton" in the title
It appears to be displaying Albums search results properly.
But in the Artists section, rather than it listing artists with "Krypton" in their title, it's actually listing albums again!
And in the Songs section, it's only showing one result for "Kryton", while I know the word appears in at least a dozen tracks!

Yet if I search for a different word, e.g. "Electric" all three sections, Albums, Artists and Songs show what I consider to be a perfect set of results!

So it's entitely inconsistent, and I can't find any reason for why it's suddently behaving weirdly.

I'm not sure how long this issue has been happening, but it was definitely on the previous BETA and on the newest version R2024-12-16. I've updated to the latest version of Asset, re-started my NAS, re-installed Hi-Fi Cast on my phone and cleared its cache, etc. but results are the same!

Do you know what might be causing it?

While I believed that a search for "Electric" provided a "perfect" set of results for Songs, I've looked again and it really doesn't.

My library currently consists of 293,950 tracks and 13,151 albums if that is relevant.

I've done some more exploring and it seems that whole albums are being ignored during song searches. Superman: The Movie is a great example. It doesn't matter which I track I search for, it's simply returning "No matching items were found".

If a similarly-named track is also found elsewhere, it'll display that, but not the one from Superman: The Movie itself.

Similarly my Debbie Gibson 30th anniversary box set is being ignored. Tracks are found on her other albums but zero results from that. Those are just two very isolated examples.

Both albums are being found as "albums", and they play perfectly, but the tracks on them are not being found in search results.

I never experienced this problem until quite recently.

I've refreshed the database entirely overnight. No change.

Could it be that Asset is not "tagging" certain albums properly for searching?

Has anyone had a chance to look into this yet?
