Asset and Synology

Hi,

Do I need to run both the Windows download (for my PC) AND The Synology download (for my NAS).
Or just the Synology one?
I'm having issues with artwork not showing up on my Ipad, even though there is artwork attached.

Just synology one.

You would have to check those albums in perfecttunes to see if it can see the album art.

The artwork is showing up inn Perfecrtunes.
Track A little girl not showing on Naim app on iPad, but is on laptop in Perfecrtunes

Also, the correct artwork appears on Perfecttunes and Naim player, but is incorrect on app

The Little girl is likely an art type your control point cannot display, perhaps it is PNG not jpeg.

The 2nd is likely a folder.jpg file in the folder of the album, which is being used.

Hi,

I have been going back through my folders, replacing png files with jpgs and also keeping all the artwork under 500 x 500 and 1000kb - another poster said this could be an issue.
Also I have removed the jpg file in the folder of the album,
However, I still have the missing artwork problems.
Any other thoughts?

Try a rescan (refresh all) in asset.

Thanks for the bug report, incompatibility between new Asset and Naim app is being investigated.

In meanwhile, please open Asset configuration, troubleshooting tab, save configuration dump and email to peter@dbpoweramp.com .
Include information about which albums exactly are missing covers (screenshots from the Naim app welcome).

Full library clear / reindex cycle needed to take effect.
