Asset - Safari cannot connect to the server

I updated from Asset 7.5 to 20240807 on my QNAP TP419 NAS and now when I click on the Asset Icon Safari returns a cannot connect message. Safari cannot connect to 10.0.1.2. (which is the address of my NAS. But Safari does connect to 10.0.1.2 when using the 8080 port, so seems to be issue with 45537 but it used to work with earlier version.
    what do I do?

Does Asset appear working otherwise? Can you play music from it?

Does stopping and restarting Asset from QNAP App Center help?

What is the exact model name of your NAS? I can't find any info about "TP419". Is it an old model?

If everything else fails, downgrading an older version should still work:

(ignore the trial part, if your previous install was registered, registered status will stick)

Old model NAS with ARM v5 chip running QTS 4.3.3 and it seems will not run latest version of asset. Asset did not appear on my media players either.
I have gone back to 7.5 and running ok again.
