    Folder and Filename browsing question: Title from ID tag rather than filename

    Hi everyone. I am a long time user of AssetUPnP

    I primarily use "Folder and Filename Browsing" to navigate my library on my QNAP NAS
    When I select a track, it shows the filename
    e.g. as shown in the screenshot 01-02_Dangerous-[Waste_Vinyl_12-Mix]

    Is there any setting that I can use so that it reads the title from the ID tag instead - rather than displaying the filename
    So in this case it would display as Dangerous [Waste Of Vinyl 12"-Mix]
    I've wondered this for a long time but hadn't thought to ask here

    (Apologies if this has been asked before. Tried to search for it but I could not find any previous posts relating to this)

    You can use the preformat functionality as documented here.

    In your case:
    preformat:=filename:=[title]
