Playback breaks every three to four seconds; Asset 5.1 Win10 Yamaha BD-S673

Hi, I installed Asset 5.1 Premium on a Win10 64bit computer and want to access my music via a Yamaha BD-S673 - all connected by Devolo dlan. In principle, it works - and sometimes it works good - but at the moment the music stops after every three to four seconds and plays then again, stops and plays etc...
Browsing through the tree is fast.
Looking at the (Windows) task manager then the network activity of Asset is stopping now and then...
The file at the moment is 320kbps mp3.

When I use the foobar upnp service it works just fine - although it is then transcoded to wav.
When I transcode mp3 to wav with Asset then it works as well but then all title information is lost...
(and Asset does not stop its network activity)

Looked at the Yamaha manual, it explicitly says it can play mp3s...

Does anyone have an idea what can be the problem?

Looks like to be a problem with the Yamaha Blu-Ray Player.
I tested it now with my brand new Yamaha RX-V479 - and there it works just fine...
