I have a QNAP HS 210 connected to a Naim NDX. When asset scans the folder containing my music it correctly identifies 535 out of 561 albums. The tracks from the non identified albums all end up in the same folder labeled "unknown album". I have tried deleting all the music then recopying it to the QNAP and re-scanning with asset but the same thing happens every time. Any suggestions?
