Question on Free version

Hope this isn't a silly question...but...
I have installed Windows free version, it has correctly found the music and catalogued it.
I thought it would then stream to my phone, but when I access the media server showing on Bubble UPNP it says "Requires Asset Premium Registration",
and on HiFi cast it says "You have not created any local playlists".

Do I have to buy a licence to stream the free version?

You should have a trial, however it looks like it has timed out, perhaps was installed in the past?
