Internet Radio [TuneIn Radio]: Browse error Cause: action timeout

when i try to open "Internet Radio [TuneIn Radio]" in BubbleUPnP
i always get an error message: Browse error Cause: action timeout

did i configure something wrong?
E.g. for devices to log in to TuneIn a code must be generated.
but i wasn't asked to generate a code here. only the username
could be specified in the settings. no generated code or password.
with my username "marcaurel" i can log in successfully on tunein.com

What is Asset running on?

It's running on Server 2012 R2.
This might be the problem.
I deactivated the firewall but most probably web access is still not as open
as an e.g. Windows 7 installation.
I will check if there are possible obstacles that could disturb web access.

Is there a URL that I can test in a browser or do something else to verify if this is the problem?

PROBLEM SOLVED!

The server has two network connections and preferred the one
that has no internet access.
