Raspi build on other ARM boards (Banana Pi or Cubietruck)

Hi, I'm looking to get a little ARM computer as a streaming server. For this, I think I'd prefer the aforementioned ones over a Raspberry because of their SATA support. So, will Asset run on these? The Banana Pi even runs Raspbian, while the Cubie has other Debian versions.

    Thanks in advance

We have not tested these, so cannot comment, it is possible it will work though.

Okay, thanks anyway. I'll probably get a Banana Pro some time in the next weeks, I'll see for myself then. I'll post the result here for anyone else who's interested.

I now have Asset Premium running on a Banana Pro with Bananian 15.04. I haven't tested it a lot so far, but everything seems to work perfectly fine.

          Hi dazworker,
i am very interested in this project, but completely new to this bananian/linux stuff. Could you give me please a short guide, how i can get it work on banana pi? At the moment i am running OMV with minidlna on it, but it doesn't work fine. I think, Asset is the better choice.
          Best regards
