AAC files appearing when blocked

Some help would be appreciated, recently installed asset, but my Naim app is showing I have AAC music files, but when looking into the search directory on the PC there don't appear in the folder. I have blocked AAC files in advanced settings but they still appear. Any ideas?

I've worked it out, ITunes was associated with the folder, still cant understand why asset was letting some aac files through?
